"Really helpful custmer service"
Had a little issue with my order, but they got back to me quick and were so nice about it. Everything was sorted out without any hassle at all, which I really apreciated.

I tried birthdaybutler.com for the first time, and unless I’m forgetting something, the ordering process was really simple. I kept expecting to get stuck or have to hunt around for the next step, but that didn’t really happen.
I just picked what I wanted, added the details, and checked out quickly. I was on my phone too, so I thought maybe it would be clunky, but everything was clear enough and easy to follow.
i might be making it sound too easy, but it really did go smoothly for me. I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, and I’d use it again for another birthday.

"Pretty solid age suggestions"
I’m always a little worried I’m going to get fooled by recommendations that sound good but don’t actually fit my kid, but these age suggestions were mostly right on. A few ideas felt a bit too young, but most were easy to choose from and saved me a lot of guessing.

I loved that I could choose the theme, add my son's name and age, and include a few little details for his birthday. It made everything feel really personal, but it was still super quick and easy to set up. i’d definitely recommend it if you want something cute and customized without spending ages on it.

I ordered a birthday gift from birthdaybutler.com for my sister, and I was impressed with how it turned out. The box looked clean, cute, and nicely put together without feeling too over-the-top.
You could tell some care went into the presentation, which I really appreciated. My sister actually noticed the wrapping before she even opened the gift, so that was a nice little bonus. I’d definitely consider using them again.

I used birthdaybutler.com for my son’s birthday, it was way more helpful than I thought it would be. I expected to still be bouncing between a bunch of sites and making a million little decisions, but having everything in one place saved me a lot of running around.
I’m usually last minute with birthday stuff, so I mostly just hoped it would make things a little easier. It ended up being much more convenient than I expected, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Good value compared to other options"
I’m happy with it. I was looking at a few different birthday options, and this one felt like the best balance of price and convenience. It saved me time getting everything sorted, and while it’s not super fancy or over-the-top, it did exactly what I needed. For the price, I’d say it’s a solid value.

Birthday Butler was easy to use overall. I could find the main sections without clicking all over the place, and everything loaded fine on my phone, which was a relief.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few parts felt kind of cluttered, and I had to do more scrolling than I felt like dealing with. It wasn’t confusing, but it did take a little more effort than I expected
